The location was terrific! Many of the people on staff were helpful. We were upgraded when the AC unit in our room malfunctioned. the upgraded room was definitely nicer than our original.

Would go back! The hotel was perfect. It was great to sit on the balcony and relax. The room was perfect and the bed was very comforable. The restaurants were fabulous. The boutiques, the boat ride, and Morse Museum were worth the time and money. This would also be a great girls getaway.

The staff was excellent , the balcony was lovely & the whole vibe was very Quaint, however it was a very noisy environment. There were trains going by a lot ( Sun rail as well as Amtrack) and in the room itself you could hear the TV in the next room loud & clear as well as the staff in the morning when they vacuumed, but it was a short stay so it wasn't that bad for us.

This hotel is right on the main street in Winter Park - just off the central park. It's close walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums and the park. It's charming!

The balcony was amazing. The bed and especially the pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff were wonderful-friendly and helpful. The location was perfect!

I enjoyed the history that remains in the building from the elevator, the rooms, and the lobby. The customer service was also outstanding. The location is also idea if you are wanting to explore downtown Winter Park. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel this is not your place. I also recommend the patio off the room to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee.

We love the historical charm of this property. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and when we checked in, they shared a lot of the original historical details and stories with us. She also upgraded us because we were celebrating a birthday.
